Your host Matt also facilitates breathwork sessions at Garn Farm, these can be one to one or group sessions, and can take place in the Barn, under canvas, on the land or in the woodland. Breathwork promotes self-awareness, emotional release, and a sense of presence, ultimately tapping into the body’s innate ability to release stored trauma, reduce stress, and foster a sense of peace.

Yoga and Reflexology 

Just over the fields is a fantastic yoga barn (www.blackmountainsbarns.co.uk) with daytime and evening classes, as well as occasional full days of yoga and private lessons. For latest info on sessions click here (can change so feel free to ask us).
